1. What is tapioca residue?

• Tapioca residues (also known as cassava residues) are by-products obtained during the extraction of Tapioca starch at the factory. • • Tapioca residues obtained during starch extraction are products in fresh, wet form. Then processed, dried and stored in a state of pieces, moderately small lumps.
